Our most frequently asked questions:

  • Yes! The solutions used have been FDA approved for external use. When spraying your face, your spray tan tech will proceed carefully, avoiding the eyes and mouth.

  • Absolutely! We provide masks to wear during the entire treatment so no solution is inhaled.

  • Most tans last 5-7 days, though certain factors can extend or shorten the tan. 

  • Water is a big factor, so if you work out, sweat, swim, sauna or steam a lot, the tan will fade faster.

    To keep it lasting longer, use an oil free moisturizer daily and pat dry when getting out of the shower as towel rubbing can act as an exfoliator (be gentle!).

  • NO! The spray tan solution has no sunblock, so always make sure to protect your skin with SPF when in the sun. 

  • What you’re seeing is just the bronzer coming off.

    The spray tan takes 24 hours to fully develop to the desired shade.

  • No! Soaps and creams tend to stop the development process.

    Use warm water only, and rinse until the water is completely clear. After 24 hours, you may use soap and moisturizer. (See Prep & Care section for more details).

  • We recommend waiting 24 hours after the spray tan to workout.

    Even after the first rinse, rigorous exercise can cause the tan to streak or fade unevenly due to sweat.

  • Yes! It will help reduce the appearance of stretch marks, scars and cellulite, during the duration of the tan, giving your skin an even glow.
